Welcome to The Philosopher's Stone
Awakening Your Inner Alchemist
You are about to embark on a very special journey with yourself. I want to say thank you for taking this time and be sure you are in a quiet place where you can be undisturbed for about an hour. If you are so inclined get a glass of water and shut the door. Anything you do that creates the ambiance of comfort and safety will support your easy journey.
The Philosopher's Stone is a technology which allows you to go to the moment a pattern crystallized and took form. It allows you to chunk down and dissolve its current form and transform it into a higher state. The swiftness on this change depends on your ability to be present to all that you felt in the moment it formed.
Your subconscious records a whopping 11,000,000 bits of information per second and whether you like it or not makes 99% of your choices. In fact by the time you are conscious of something it is already in the past by ½ second. Sadly we have been taught for 2,000 years our subconscious needs to be dominated and suppressed at all costs, because it is messy, powerful and unpredictable. Our feelings, even the seemingly negative ones, come from here, so in a strange way we have been conditioned to be afraid of our feelings, especially the ones we do not like. What that does is basically freeze up our inner communion because we separate from and or judge our feelings.
The most important coaching I can give you is to relax the best you can and allow any feelings to surface, even the scary ones and to know it is normal to feel a bit apprehensive. The more present you become to your feelings the faster it will change and leave. One of my greatest teachers said to me during a crisis "Jan if you just feel all your feelings they will lead you out of this." So just be present to all feelings, welcoming them up as if you are smelling a rose.
The Master Coaches and the Ancient Wisdom Keepers knew the vital role our subconscious plays in our creativity and ability to manifest. If the subconscious does not feel aligned or safe with the changes you want to make it will block them from happening. During your session you will become present to a memory or trauma where something positive got wired into a negative stream of consciousness.
So, when you want to create "that something positive" it triggers the memory of the negative event, and your subconscious instantly blocks your outcome from manifesting. The unique thing is that the "resistance" or block happens because your desire or outcome is perceived as a source of pain, and possible danger. Your inner being thinks it's protecting you and is taking care of you the best way it knows how.
Here is an example of how something positive gets wired into a negative event:
Imagine there is a young boy who has worked for a whole year to buy a new bicycle. He is filled with excitement, passion, possibility, confidence, a sense of accomplishment and success. He rides his new bike to the corner store to buy an ice cream cone. He gets back on his bike and hits a rut. His bike flips over, knocks him unconscious, and his ice cream cone falls. When he comes to, his mom is standing over him yelling "just get over it!" He is lacking in skill to deal with the moment and suppresses everything to please his mom and to just get over his upset. What got wired in was accomplishment, passion, confidence and success was painful, dangerous and life threatening. He also develops an allergy to milk. As he moves on in his life, his subconscious has now been programmed that it is very dangerous to feel passion, confidence, and success. He begins to create, unconsciously, situations that keep him suppressed, creating a sense of failure and numbness. Over a lifetime he settles for a life of mediocrity, and he suppresses his feelings to unconsciously please his mom. Success and passion got wired into pain, danger and a cluster of information.
